mp3eme VOX: Tickle The Ivories
Another good mp3me. I've got a few I'll probably post throughout this upcoming week. As I started to listen to some things that made me think "piano" I realized that in some cases, it was seeing the artist playing the piano in a music video, or a specific riff in the chorus that caught me. These I think I'll pass on, and just stick to the ones that really strike me as "piano", even when just listening with fresh ears.
This is one such song - I've always loved it and someday I'd love to learn to play the piano part. Of course, that requires me getting a piano, and then re-learning everything I've forgotten since piano lessons as a kid. Oh well.
Wing-Stock starts off slow but builds until it's rockin' right along. If it wasn't so slow at the front end I'd put it on my work-out playlist.
